Worship services on Sunday, 12/3 will feature our Choral Advent Program. 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM both in person & online via Facebook Live and YouTube.

In the Gospel of Luke, we read that on the night of Jesus’ birth, shepherds arrive at the manger with a story of angels who brought them astounding tidings of a Savior’s birth. Luke tells us that all who hear the tale of the shepherds are amazed. “But Mary,” Luke writes—Mary, who has journeyed so very far beyond her familiar terrain—“treasured all these words and pondered them in her heart” (Luke 2:19, NRSV). Come join us as we begin the busy Advent season with a meaningful service bringing a sense of peace to your heart, followed by a time of fellowship.

Sleigh bells ring, are you listening? The First United Methodist Church Handbell Choirs present a Christmas Handbell Concert on Sunday, 12/10. Concerts at 4:30 & 7:00 PM. The 4:30 PM Concert will be livestreamed on the church Facebook page, but the 7:00 PM Concert is in person only. Free admission & open to the public.

Join FUMC on Saturday 12/16 at 9:00 AM for Breakfast with Santa! Come for breakfast and stay for crafts, coloring & photos with Santa! Registration is required -- please email our Christian Education Director Stephanie at sshepardson@comcast.net and let her know who will be attending (names & ages of children, number of adults).

Our children will present their annual Christmas Pageant at the 9:00 Traditional Service. Watch in person or online via Facebook Live & YouTube.
